Resthaven is a 3 bedroom semi-detached home in a quiet cul-de-sac residential area.    It is about a 6 minute walk from the Harbour and beaches at Porthleven at normal walking pace.

The house will accommodate up to 5 people in comfort as follows:

Resthaven benefits from  full Double glazing and house insulation.

Hot water is provided by an overnight immersion heater with ample for a family throughout the day.  In the cooler seasons the house is kept warm by programmed electric radiators in every room. There is an optional log burning stove and panel heater in the lounge if desired.

There is parking on the drive for 2 cars. Limited free on road parking also available.

A secure Broadband/WiFi service is available.

Resthaven also benefits from local BT Openzone hotspots.

Pets

Pets are strictly not allowed as we host families who suffer from pet allergies.

Non-Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or garden.

Local Amenities

Porthleven has a range of local shops including a small supermarket, chemist, Post Office, General Stores, gift and craft shops.

There are several restaurants, cafes and pubs to suit various tastes and pockets, as well as fish and chip shops and a delicatessen doing freshly cooked pizzas.
